Because our products are specialty gas appliances and many orders ship by freight carrier, please review the following Refund & Return Policy before placing your order.

60-Day Return Window
We accept returns for eligible unused and uninstalled products, including non-defective items, within 60 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be in original packaging
- Include all original parts, manuals, hardware, and accessories
- Be free from scratches, damage, soot, fuel connection marks, or signs of installation or operation
- Be returned in clean, resalable condition
Returns requested after 60 days from delivery may not be eligible for refund.
Installed or Used Products
For safety and compliance reasons, Torch gas sauna heaters are considered installed appliances once they have been:
- Connected to a gas line
- Fired or operated
- Installed into a sauna room
- Modified or altered in any way
Installed, fired, modified, or used products are not eligible for return.
If you are unsure about sizing, fuel type compatibility, clearance requirements, ventilation, or installation needs, please contact our team before ordering. We are happy to help ensure you select the correct product for your project.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization from P&E Industries, LLC.
Before returning any item, please contact us to receive return instructions and approval.
Unauthorized returns or refused shipments may not qualify for refund.

Restocking Fees & Shipping Charges
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- Shipping damage
- Manufacturer defect
- Incorrect item shipped by P&E Industries, LLC
Orders advertised with “Free Shipping” include outbound shipping costs paid by P&E Industries, LLC on the customer’s behalf. For returned non-defective items, actual outbound shipping and freight charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping charges associated with refused deliveries are non-refundable.
Freight Deliveries & Shipping Damage
Many Torch sauna heaters and larger orders ship via freight carrier.
Please inspect your shipment carefully at the time of delivery.
If your shipment arrives damaged:
- Note all visible damage with the delivery driver before signing
- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report freight damage promptly may limit our ability to file a carrier claim or issue replacement coverage.
Returning Freight Items
Customers returning freight-shipped products are responsible for:
- Properly repackaging the item
- Securing the product safely for transport
- Any palletization required by the carrier
- Coordinating freight pickup if applicable
Products damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may not qualify for refund.
Defective Products & Warranty Support
If you experience an issue with your Torch sauna heater or accessory, please contact our support team before attempting a return.
Many issues can often be resolved through:
- Technical troubleshooting
- Replacement parts
- Installation guidance
- Manufacturer warranty support
Warranty coverage is provided according to the applicable manufacturer warranty terms.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Installed or used sauna heaters
- Products connected to gas lines
- Fired or operated equipment
- Custom-built or special-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used sauna rocks
- Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees, outbound shipping charges, or return shipping charges.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for refund processing after inspection.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund unless the order includes custom, special-order, or made-to-order products already in production.
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to standard return policies, shipping charges, and applicable restocking fees.
Policy Updates
P&E Industries, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published on this website.
